The Sneaky Intro is what your suppose to first see then you get the Start Buttons. Keep Refreshing until you get it, Ruffle can be Glitychy at times. You gotta be lucky!
The Trick is to Keep Refreshing the Game until you get Sneaky Intro. Thats the sure way to get the Menu correctly. Menu button is glitched in gameplay.
Hi SD! Good game as always, and really nice clue for a numbers box. But I'd like to point out some problems (I'll try to avoid spoilers, so will not be very specific):
1. An item on the clock does not appear immediately when you set the correct time. You need to go away and return to the clock to see it.
2. A knife does not have a hotspot, the cursor remains ordinary when you point on it.
3. Making "hotspot inside hotspot" as in hiding place of the red gem is just not fair. It means you need to examine not just every hotspot, but every smallest piece of every hotspot! Such pixel-hunting is not fun at all, that's why I believe every hotspot should be clearly separated from others. I.e. if you want to make a vending machine that you can interact with, and also you can move it by clicking on its side - then the "interacting" hotspot should be smaller than the whole machine, and should not touch the "moving" hotspot, so moving mouse over it you can clearly see that there are two hotspot
This is the first time I’ve replayed a game and had my new time show up. My previous time was closer to 7 minutes. My apologies to anyone playing this game for the first time.

I'm having the same problem. I tried it earlier today with no luck. This is the third game that I've had trouble with recently.

Its that hard, But it wouldn't hurt to try to be Observant to see a hidden area other then the general interactive area!
