Sorry I have no helpful information. I am stuck with 4 marbles and can't find the fifth anywhere. I have clicked until my arm is aching, lol I came here hoping someone had gotten through the game and posted something helpful.

there is an F, it's probably that you are missing on the right, toward the open window

Crazy me, I didn't keep up with where I found the other 4.  But I went to F and found nothing so I'm thinking that was one I already found.

Can't figure out the safe - I just can't figure out the conversion from letters to numbers.

Seriously! I must be about as bright as a 10 watt light bulb!!! I've been clicking around in this game on and off for hours!! All I've managed (with help, thank you) is to open the marble box and maybe like, one locked room. Did the goggles, counted the dots on the paper and maybe a couple of other small things but have basically been chasing my tail!!
