Instead of Flash???

You all probably understand this stuff better than I. I've been reading about Flash alternatives, and decided to maybe give Flashpoint a try. But... which version would I need?

I use a Mac, running High Sierra. (Yes, I know it's "old", but I am not liking the new OSs.)

I really miss the Abandoned (by SSSG) games! Can't find anything else like them.

I'm not sure about Flashpoint. I do know that NewGrounds.com has a offline flash player that will allow you to play all of my flash games offline, all of the ones that I uploaded to NewGrounds that is.
