Pulled some switches and from a book solved a puzzle to get a gold disk. Haven't figured out the numbers under the TV yet and no keys. Stuck

I found a loose panel but nothing to take it down. Candle that needs lit but no fire source.

Also found the loose panel, as well as hollow wall. The switches exposed the fireplace upstairs. Still unable to figure the number puzzle.

also got the gem from code in book!!! i bet that behind that code in tv you find lighter

I'm trying to determine the significance of the missing 7 on the numbers.
