I hadn't noticed this one before so I started playing. I like resource management games so I'm enjoying this one but I have to ask - am I supposed to be able to upgrade the managers? I was able to get an upgrade on the first one but now they all have a little arrow suggesting they can be upgraded, but nothing happens when I click on them. The 30-second speed up works just fine.
