Then you go shoot something to get the silver key. [spoiler]third bottle at the motel bar[/spoiler]
The clue for the box in the motel room is in the shop.[spoiler]look at the coloured bottles[/spoiler]
Check the motel room carefully. [spoiler]boot near the dresser[/spoiler]
I have a horse shoe, a lead bar, a copper nugget, a pistol with bullets, an unlit lantern and a mug of ale. And I'm stuck. :(

Throw ale on the fire
can get fire with the alcohol... then melt the metal and lit the lantern... and out :)

Hm, I tried pouring the ale on the embers but it didn't work. Then I exited the smithy's, entered again and then it worked. The same thing happened with the wooden handle. It wouldn't stick before I exited and entered again. Strange. Or maybe my aim is bad.
