Lastly when your Solving the Safe, The Answers are always at the Microwave Note Sheet! You just gotta do all sorts of Combinations to Experiment and you'll get it no matter how hard it is, Just don't think too hard.

Always find Meds and Escape where Stacy is Captured and the Rest will make Sense once you'll find your way out by Portside!
